Our Story
Alka Sengar, a first-generation entrepreneur started a bespoke tailoring boutique in Akola, Maharashtra in 1995. By 2005, that boutique grew, with more than 60 artisans from across the country working with Alka Sengar and creating cloths loved by one & all. But due to familial challenges she had to walk away from her buisness which she built with her sweat and blood.
But then, at the age of 62, in 2021, Alka Sengar's passion for textile paved the way for Bana Textiles LLP, a state-of-the art manufacturing facility at Akola - a facility that addressed the growing marcket need for a comprehensive apparel manufacturing unit that provides end-to end solutions from fabric sourching and cutting to sewing, finishing and packaging.
With the experience and expertise honed over years, we have devoloped a reputation for quality and are known as clothing manufacturers of repute with capablities to undertake complex, custom-made orders for high quality apparel in customer specified designs, fabrics, sizes, colors and patterns.
Essentially targeted at the domestic workwear segment, we moved to Corporate Workwear and Uniforms by the name of Bana Textiles in the year 2022 manufacturing all categories of casual and formal apparel for institutions, office and organizations.
